
Applications for º£½ÇÉçÇø's Higher Education and Technical Internship program close this Wednesday, June 3rd. The company, which is the world's largest pulp producer and a global reference in the manufacturing of bioproducts developed from eucalyptus, has openings in seven states across the country: Bahia, EspÃrito Santo, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, ²Ñ²¹°ù²¹²Ô³óã´Ç, Pará, and Ceará.
There are over 100 internship opportunities for higher education students, with 9 in Bahia, specifically in the cities of Mucuri (6), Itabatã (1), and Teixeira de Freitas (2). Technical level students have over 70 vacancies, with 14 at the Mucuri Unit.
Students with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later are eligible to participate. This is an an opportunity for those looking to apply what they learn in the classroom and develop in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Higher Education Internship
To apply for higher education vacancies, candidates must be available to work in the selected location, as º£½ÇÉçÇø's work model is defined according to the needs of each area and unit. Knowledge of a second language, such as English, is not mandatory, and all undergraduate degrees are accepted (Bachelor's, Licentiate, or Technologist).
The positions cover strategic areas at º£½ÇÉçÇø such as Research and Development, Sustainability, Communication and Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commercial, Industrial, Legal, People and Management, Forestry, among others.
The selection process includes logic tests, English proficiency assessment (non-eliminatory), profile evaluation, and an interview with the respective º£½ÇÉçÇø leadership. Feedback on the selection process will be released starting in July 2026, with activities expected to begin between August and September of this year.  Â
In addition to a differentiated career plan, which includes onboarding, e-learning courses and training, and meetings with mentors, interns have the opportunity to lead a relevant project in their area of expertise and present it to the company.

Technical Internship
Technical level students wishing to join the internship program must be 18 years of age or older, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later (it is necessary to maintain an affiliation with the educational institution for at least one academic year from the admission date), and be available to intern 6 hours per day.
Accepted courses include: Technical Chemistry, Technical Pulp and Paper, Technical Mechanics, Technical Electrical, Technical Industrial Automation, Technical Electromechanics, and Technical Mining.
